Dangar can create exact three-dimensional models for complex tool designs by reverse-engineering nearly any kind of part imaginable. Our five-axis CMM and PC-DMIS software allows us to digitize complex pieces in-house to a very high degree of accuracy. Engineering and tooling requirements such as shrink factors, draft angles, under cuts and flange details can be incorporated by Dangar's designers to suit the customer's requirements.
